With over 17 years of experience in the dental industry, Renee joins our team with a sense of dedication and compassion.

Having held various senior positions including a management role within Queensland health, Renee has built a career grounded in patient care, clinical excellence, and team collaboration.

Now, as the Practice Coordinator of a brand new dental clinic, we’re excited for her to bring her skills, energy, and passion for dentistry into a fresh, patient-focused environment—supporting both our team of dental assistants and the patients we care for.

Izzy is friendly, fun, and always brings a positive attitude to our workplace. She recently graduated from the Queensland College of Dance with a Diploma in Professional Dance. This background has taught her discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic-qualities that will serve her well in our clinical environment.  She enjoys working closely with patients and being part of a supportive team, to ensure patients feel safe and cared for in a busy environment.

Born and bred in Toowoomba, she is thrilled to be working in a local, family-owned dental clinic. Friendly and enthusiastic, she has a strong passion for helping others feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, she’s most at home on the netball court — having started playing at the tender age of five, and for the past two years, she has been fortunate enough to compete at a semi-professional level. She has worked hard to become the best player and person she can be for her team, and this dedication carries through to her role at the clinic. She enjoys creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients and efficiently supporting the dental team to help make the clinic a positive and stress-free space for everyone.
