Dr. Nigam has been our family dentist for almost 12 years now. He has done various treatments like dental implants, root canals, wisdom teeth extraction, regular cleaning and check-ups for myself, my wife and my son. All I can say about him is he is very experienced and passionate about his work, at the same time he is very caring towards each of his patients. His main strength is accurate diagnosis of the problem and a precise treatment plan to avoid any further deterioration and recurrence in the future. I rarely leave reviews; however, I am happy to say that my experience at The Forever Dental & Smile Centre in Toowoomba was beyond excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Nigam for any dental issues you might have, so much so that I had my wife visit him as well. Dr. Nigam is one of the finest dentists I have encountered. He takes the time to explain exactly what he plans to do, and his dental work is pure artistry. The practice is beautifully set up, well equipped with up-to-date equipment, and the staff are friendly and well trained. I found his pricing to be reasonable. I did a fair bit of research in finding him, and I am so glad that I did. He solved an issue for me that others had failed to do. That’s experience and knowledge worth paying for.

I am so happy with the dental work I have recently had done. I've only been to the dentist a handful of times over the years and not had a good experience. This is the best dentist I have ever been to, He is not only a lovely person, but considerate and gentle. The staff is also great. His expertise is second to none and his dental artistry is brilliant. I am so impressed with the equipment he uses in the clinic and also the clinic itself is beautifully designed to make the visit relaxing. Excellent!

Absolutely exceptional experience. The team was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which was so appreciated. The rooms are beautiful and calm, the dental chair was very comfortable, and the pricing was excellent. My teeth cleaning was completely no-gap and done over two days, which was handled seamlessly. I couldn’t fault a single part of the experience. Highly recommend. I’ll be sending the whole family here and recommending them to all my friends.

I had a last minute SATURDAY morning mishap where my filling on my front tooth fell off before my Mums 60th surprise party. Renee was so lovely and understanding and went above and beyond to get me in for a last minute appointment. I got Into the appointment 40 minutes prior to the party starting and got out in time to make the party with a perfect smile. Dr Nigam was so gentle and understanding.
